What is the Comparison Report?
The Everything DiSC® Comparison Report is an 11-page document generated from the profiles of two individuals. It places their behavioral tendencies side by side, highlights areas of convergence and friction, and offers concrete suggestions for improving how they work together.
This report is available across the full Everything DiSC® range: Workplace, Management, Sales, and Work of Leaders. It complements the individual profile — it is a tool for relationships, not for evaluation.
How does it work?
The report is accessible through the Catalyst platform, included with every Everything DiSC® profile. Two people who have each completed a DiSC questionnaire can generate their Comparison Report directly from the platform. Each person receives a personalized report that maps their responses and their respective positions on the DiSC model side by side.
Facilitators and administrators can also generate Comparison Reports from their EPIC account and share them in the context of a team building session or coaching engagement.
What you'll find in the report
The core of the report is a comparison of behavioral traits: at least six pairs are selected from the following nine, based on each person's profile.
- Bold vs. cautious
- Gentle vs. strong-willed
- Calm vs. energetic
- Diplomatic vs. direct
- Skeptical vs. accepting
- Accommodating vs. strong-willed
- Patient vs. passionate
- Private vs. open
- Lively vs. reserved
For each pair, the report asks a direct question: "How do your differences affect your relationship or your ability to work together effectively — and what could you do to improve it?"
Specific advice, not generic guidance
What sets this report apart from a simple chart of differences is the quality of its recommendations. The tips are specific to the combination of the two people's styles — not generic. They provide an entry point for conversations that would be difficult to have without this kind of structured framework.
This makes it particularly useful in coaching situations, during onboarding, or whenever two people are called to collaborate closely on a demanding project.
What about groups?
Since Comparison Reports are generated in pairs, they can't be used as-is for an entire team. For that, Everything DiSC® offers a Group Culture Report, which visualizes the collective tendencies of a team and identifies its strengths and blind spots — without revealing individual profiles, making it well-suited for sharing with a larger group.
