What the two options have in common
In both cases, you will receive the same internationally recognised Wiley certification. The core programme is identical: the fundamentals of the DiSC model, profile interpretation, facilitation and the EPIC platform. Upon completion of the training, you will have access to the same resources and the same administrative rights.
The difference isn’t in the qualification — it lies in the learning experience and what happens afterwards.
Certification directly through Wiley
Wiley offers its certification programme in English, via online sessions open to participants from around the world. This is the most direct route if you are comfortable with English and prefer a standardised format without personalised support.
This option may be suitable for professionals who already have experience in facilitation and who are primarily seeking to gain EPIC access and professional legitimacy.
Points to note: the course is intensive, delivered in English, and does not include any materials specific to the French-speaking context. Post-certification support is limited.
La certification via Learning Partners
Learning Partners has been an authorised Wiley partner for over 20 years. We offer the certification in French (and in English, depending on the group), with an approach tailored to the realities of French-speaking and European organisations.
What will actually change:
- Language : training in French, with examples drawn from French-speaking professional contexts
- Group sizes: sessions with limited numbers to encourage practical work and discussion des groupes : sessions à effectif limité pour favoriser la pratique et les échanges
- Support: before the session to help you prepare your personal profile; during the session to answer your specific questions; and afterwards to help you organise your first workshopst : avant la session pour préparer votre profil personnel, pendant pour répondre à vos questions spécifiques, après pour structurer vos premiers ateliers
- Continuity : You will join a network of facilitators whom we support over the long term
And what about the prices?
Wiley’s fees are the same regardless of the option chosen — they cover the certification exam, EPIC access and digital resources. Training fees vary depending on the format (face-to-face, distance learning, one-to-one or group). Please contact us for a quote tailored to your situation.

If you’re simply looking to obtain the certification at the lowest cost and are confident in your English, the Wiley Direct route is effective.
