TWO CERTIFICATION PATHWAYS
Official Wiley Certification
2-week program: self-paced modules + live classes with Wiley experts. Ideal for Wiley recognition and large-scale implementation.
- 5 asynchronous modules (~3 hours each) + 4 virtual classes (2 hours)
- 2 practical projects: group facilitation and one-on-one coaching
- Final exam: passing score ≥ 80%
Disc Partners Certification Program
Personalized, one-on-one coaching designed to get you up and running quickly. Upon completion, you will receive the “DiSC Certified Trainer – Disc Partners” certificate.
- 6 hours of private lessons (3 × 2 hours): model development, applications, product selection, and practical exercises
- 6 hours of one-on-one coaching spread out over 12 months: case supervision, instructional design, go-to-market
