Michael van Eck
Founder - Managing Partner
Michael van Eck is Managing Partner and founder of Learning Partners Int and DiSC Partners. He has over 25 years’ professional experience on an international scale: born in South America, he grew up in the United States and then in Europe, and now works across four continents. With a background in sales within the IT industry, Michael has taken part in – and often led – numerous international projects in sales, leadership and training. He is a recognised facilitator and coach in the fields of interpersonal skills, team alignment, leadership, workplace effectiveness, trust and intercultural effectiveness.
Valérie Peyrille
Training Consultant | DiSC® Expert, Leadership & Team Dynamics
With over 25 years’ experience in management, training and coaching, Valérie helps managers, executives, HR professionals and teams to better understand human behaviour in order to develop more effective professional relationships and more appropriate leadership styles.
Certified in Everything DiSC®, WPMOT, PTSI and Five Behaviors®, and trained in applied neuroscience, she uses self-awareness tools as practical levers for development: better understanding how one functions, deciphering how others function, and adapting one’s communication and approach according to the situation.
At DiSC Partners, she supports professionals in particular in adopting and using the DiSC® model, both individually and in groups: management, communication, team cohesion, talent development and change management.
RETO WAMBACH
Managing partner
Reto Wambach is Managing Partner and Head of Swiss Operations at learning partners int. Reto has over 20 years’ experience in work-life balance, business and interpersonal communication, leadership and NLP (Master Practitioner). Reto manages projects for international and local clients, such as Clariant and Raiffeisen, and certifies other facilitators and coaches in Wiley’s Everything DiSC tools. He also leads leadership training programmes for future line managers. Reto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has undergone training in crisis communication, hypnotherapy, body language and project management.

Dominique Van Hemelrijck
Managing Partner
Dominique Van Hemelrijck is Managing Partner and heads up the Dutch operations of Learning Partners Int. Dominique has over 25 years’ professional experience, ranging from translation and headhunting to human resources and communication training. From the very start of her career, Dominique has demonstrated a genuine talent for inspiring others — a talent she uses to help everyone develop their skills: workload management, interpersonal relationships, sales and soft skills. Dominique holds a Master’s degree in translation, speaks five languages, and also has a postgraduate qualification in management and marketing.
