Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Learning Partners certificate and the Wiley certification?
The DiSC Practitioner – Learning Partners certificate is awarded on completion of our training (paths 1 and 2): it confirms that you can debrief a profile and run an Everything DiSC® workshop. The Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner certification is awarded by Wiley, the publisher of the model, at the end of its own English-language programme: it is the most widely recognised internationally. The model taught is the same; the certificate, the language and the support are different.
Is the training available in French?
Yes, for the Learning Partners paths: in-person, online and e-learning formats are available in French or English. The official Wiley programme is in English only.
Why is there such a price difference between the paths?
They do not cover the same things. The Wiley programme ($2,495 excl. VAT + options) gives access to the official certificate and the Wiley ecosystem. The Learning Partners in-person or online path (€1,350 to €2,200 excl. VAT) focuses on small-group practice and follow-up. The e-learning path (€950 excl. VAT) combines 12 self-paced modules with 6 hours of one-to-one follow-up.
What happens after certification?
With Learning Partners, you keep access to your trainer for 3 months and leave with a ready-to-use facilitation pack. You also join a network of more than 100 certified practitioners whom we support over the long term. With Wiley, you keep permanent access to the Wiley e-learning platform and its communities. Either way, we remain available to support you, and you have access to support.learning-partners.com, our DiSC knowledge base.
Do I need to travel for the training?
No. Online sessions and e-learning let you get certified wherever you are, with individual remote follow-up. If you prefer in-person training or an in-house session for your team, we travel on request.
