Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® is a customized training workshop that connects leadership styles to real-world demands. With a unified leadership model – Vision, Alignment and Execution, it helps the leader understand their own leadership styles and how their preferences influence their effectiveness in specific situations. The research-validated online assessment asks the participant to score behavioural items on a five-point scale, including specific questions designed to identify the participant’s Work of Leaders priorities. Developed using the latest adaptive testing methodologies, the participant is provided with specific feedback on their preferred behaviour when viewing the profile report to personalise their experience.
