Everything DiSC® Sales is a workshop and personalized learning experience designed to help the salesperson foster customer-centric interactions that better contribute to a successful outcome. The participant explores how to expand beyond their natural selling style to more effectively adapt to customer preferences and expectations, regardless of their buying style. The experience is sales-specific with detailed information, including suggestions, strategies and action plans to help salespeople become more effective. This application is available in English only.
The research-validated online ASSESSMENT asks the participant to score behavioural items on a five-point scale, including specific questions designed to determine the participant’s Sales priorities. Developed using the latest adaptive testing methodologies, the participant is provided with specific insights into their preferred behaviour when viewing the profile report to personalise their experience.

The Everything DiSC Sales® profile provides participants with valuable information that allows them to discover themselves, their customers and their relationships with them. In this 23-page personalized profile, participants explore their own selling style and how their strengths and challenges influence their behaviour in sales situations. They also discover the unique behaviours of each style and buying behaviour. Finally, they consult concrete strategies for meeting customer needs and improving their effectiveness and success. |
The profile is used in practice with the Everything DiSC® Sales Facilitation Kit, which provides a workshop experience to engage participants and facilitate learning. Through its dynamic, modular design, customisable presentation and videos, your participants gain a deeper understanding of their specific profile and a relevant experience that will inspire the participant to try to implement sustainable behavioural changes.
