The research-validated Everything DiSC Productive Conflict online assessment asks participants to score behavioural items on a five-point scale, including answering questions specific to the Productive Conflict application to determine participant priorities. Developed using the latest adaptive testing methodology, each participant is given specific feedback on their preferred behaviours to personalise their experience and provide suggestions on how to better interact and be more effective in divergent situations.
The research-validated online assessment asks the participant to score behavioural items on a five-point scale, including specific questions to determine the participant’s “Productive Conflict” priorities. Developed using the latest adaptive testing methodologies, the participant is provided with specific feedback on their preferred behaviour when viewing the profile report to personalise their experience.

In this 20-page personalized profile, participants explore the destructive and constructive behaviors of each DiSC style and will learn how to better manage their reactions in conflict situations to leave with personalized communication strategies to adopt the behaviors of productive conflict management with their colleagues. |
