Everything DiSC Management, in a customised training workshop, helps to enhance the effectiveness of all those who play a managerial role in the organisation. This DiSC model allows participants to deepen their understanding of themselves, their direct reports and their superiors, while better understanding how their management style affects their decision making, time management and problem solving. Participants leave with concrete strategies to help them adapt to the profiles and preferences of their direct reports, enabling all team members under their responsibility to perform at their best.
The research-validated online assessment asks the participant to score behavioural items on a five-point scale, including specific application questions to help determine the participant’s management preferences based on the DiSC model. Developed using the latest adaptive testing methodologies, when viewing the profile report, the participant is provided with specific indications of their preferred behaviour to personalise their experience.

The profile is used in practice with the Everything DiSC® Management Facilitation Kit, which provides a workshop experience to engage participants and facilitate learning.
