Some people still use <strong>DiSC Classic<\/strong>, and may not yet be used to Everything DiSC. Read on to discover some of the differences between DiSC Classic and the newer version, Everything DiSC:<\/p>\n<p>1. You might wonder what the additional cost of the profile will be ?<\/p>\n<p>2. Do paper profile still exist (DiSC Classic) and for how long ?<\/p>\n<p>3. The circle model used in Everything DiSC profiles are based on 80 items (or more, depending on respondent's answers) instead of the 28 used by DiSC Classic. The circle model is measured on eight scales compared to the four of the graph model.\u00a0 This makes for a more precise <strong>assessment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The circle model is\u00a0intuitive and memorable. The shading of the circle illustrates how we are all<strong> D<\/strong>, <strong>i<\/strong>, <strong>S<\/strong>, and <strong>C<\/strong> to some extent. The circle model clearly illustrates how we are capable of adapting our behavior and are not stuck in a preferred style.<\/li>\n<li>The report narrative and engaging visuals\u00a0better hold the interest of participants. Group discussions flow more naturally.<\/li>\n<li>The circular model is\u00a0application focused, in other words, the<strong> DiSC\u00a0model<\/strong> is adapted to your main occupation, such as <strong>manager<\/strong>, contributor in the <strong>workplace<\/strong>, <strong>sales<\/strong> or <strong>leader<\/strong>.\u00a0Are you working on <strong>management issues\u00a0<\/strong>? The facilitation material supplied in the facilitation kits is relevant to the learner's daily situations encountered and helps to <strong>establish a non-threatening discussion around behavior<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The assessment is easier to take, especially for non-native English\u00a0speakers. Other languages than English are also available.\u00a0The questions don\u2019t force you to choose from four words, the two that describe you most and least.
